Director of Supply Chain Integration, Logistics and Trade
Develop a global end-to-end visibility and a smart contingency plan across multiple geographies to ensure the function meets the company performance objectives and customer expectations through developing and managing an effective team that continually drives efficiency and cost savings across the entire supply chain from procurement, material and inventory management and transportation. Create and coordinate project teams who manage data analysis, manufacturing and quality during times of integration. Oversee the coordination of cross-functional short/long term strategic and tactical business plans and monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to maximize business performance. Direct the development of budgets and service cost objectives for all activities within the Supply Chain function. Monitor and control budgets through the planned period to ensure that goals are met and variances are controlled. Coordinate overall global forecast accuracy and other related service metrics through management of all functional demand and supply planning processes. Determine supply chain requirements by brand and translate those needs into best in class processes across the global supply chain. Oversee the development and implementation of a forward looking global inventory strategy in support of the business strategy. Fully manage integration projects which will include planning, logistics, product diagrams, supply chain design, and contract/internal manufacturing. Communicate strategy, timelines and performance to global executive team throughout. Implement metrics to monitor and drive continuous improvement in all areas of integration. Coordinate, direct and oversee all aspects of global Logistics. Oversee global import/export functions, including trade and security regulatory compliance associated to logistics.

Bachelor’s Degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management or Supply Chain Management and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Supply Chain Manager, Operations Manager or Imports Coordinator. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept additional 2 years of experience.
