Support the Director of Product Management HEOS in driving profitable growth in wireless multi-room audio business by identifying and solving product issues related to product development, allocation of resources, development of production schedules, managing the supply chain, and setting prices. Leverage the innovation engine process and tools to develop for the concept discovery and development process. Support roadmap planning, new product & feature planning, review specifications, product testing and reporting, and bug tracking and prioritization. Analyze data from Google Analytics and other data sources to study resolution and develop prediction model of different issues. Prioritize features and bug backlog for HEOS product weekly. Develop automated competitive reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses of HEOS and competitors. Manage assigned categories meeting/exceeding margin and sales plans. Oversee design, development and execution of new products in assigned categories. Communicate with factories the product specifications of proposed new product. Monitor and track production plans, analyze P&L, and communicate to procurement, quality department, marketing and sales. Research and synthesize the problem space through interviews, competitive landscape evaluation, and secondary market assessment. Develop and validate concept assumptions including value proposition, customer personas, revenue streams, cost structures, strategic partnerships, and resource requirements. Coordinate the development of product requirements that are refined through ongoing experimentation, beginning with the initial product / service vision through to transition to a business segment partner. Integrate activities of business partners and third parties in the development, implementation, and transition of new products to business segment. Partner with stakeholders to ensure the HEOS product vision and execution roadmap align with department goals and priorities.

Bachelor’s Degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Research or Supply Chain Management plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Operations Research Analyst, Product Development Manager or Project Manager.
